The Fluid member experience is web-based and works on any device — phones, tablets, laptops — with no install required. Members get an installable PWA experience without ever visiting an app store. If you want a native app published under your own brand, the white-label iOS & Android build is available as a Pro add-on and is included with Scale.
Fluid is a Stripe-verified partner. Reservations, memberships, registrations, and pro shop sales are processed through Stripe directly into your bank account. Standard Stripe processing fees apply (2.9% + 30¢ for online card transactions); Stripe Terminal supports Apple Pay, Google Pay, and all major credit cards in-person.
Yes — upgrade or downgrade at any time. We pro-rate the difference. Annual customers get 16% off the monthly rate; switching to monthly is one click.
Pickleball is where we started, but Fluid is sport-agnostic. Today we have customers running padel, tennis, badminton, table tennis, basketball, and volleyball facilities. The court types, scoring rules, and bracket structures are configurable per venue.
